The Support Team has been asked if there is a print manual for FairEntry. The reasons for NOT printing a manual are mostly due to the need to keep the information updated and relevant, when changes are made in the program. It would be very difficult to keep updating a large print manual, and be sure that all customers who need it receive an updated copy. The support model for FairEntry includes current, relevant articles on all aspects of the program, updated as changes occur or as users ask questions that can be included.
With that said, the program setup for first-year fairs has a well-defined process, and although details of fairs differ, the process for setting those details is consistent. You can use the documents linked below to print a "Setup Manual" as a resource for the admins who will set up the fair. All documents are linked in their original article, but this is your "one stop shop"!
Be sure to check out the full-length training videos, which are useful not only for new fairs, but also for new staff managing an existing fair.
