Organizational Administrator Support
Per the FairEntry Support policy, we provide direct technical support for up to two Organization Administrators per subscription. In order to help us continue to provide free and efficient support to all of our customers, we request that any support questions be sent from the two Organization Administrators. This also helps us ensure the security of the Fair's data in that if the request or question requires changes to be made to the Fair's settings or staff permissions, we know that the person we are working with is authorized to make the adjustments needed in their program to solve the problem.
If any other staff members or volunteers are in need of assistance with FairEntry, they may visit the Help Center or contact their Organization Administrator with any questions. If the Organization Administrator is unable to answer the question, then the Organization Administrator should contact the FairEntry support team.
Support Questions
Organizational Admins can submit support tickets either through the Help Desk interface (clicking on the "Submit a request" link in the upper right) or by sending an email message to support@fairentry.com.
A voice mail system is available at 800-987-2674. That does not connect to a "live" phone call, but allows the user to leave a voice message, which is transcribed into a support ticket. For either the support ticket or the voice mail, it is incredibly important to include all details of your question. With the voice mail option, you will also need to include your name, the name of the fair, and your email address so that a response can be sent. You will receive an email response to your support ticket during normal business hours M-F.
Phone Support (through GoToMeeting)
For live phone support, we use a system of scheduled GoToMeeting calls for efficiency, both for the support team and the organizational administrator.
If you would prefer to discuss your question on a call, please send an email with your question, and include details if it is regarding a specific exhibitor, entries into a specific area of your hierarchy etc. so that we can be prepared with a solution.
