The two Organizational Administrators are set by the company, and have total permissions to the program--all the fairs, all the years, all the tasks. They are the two people who, per our contract terms, can reach out for support for the fair, as well as set up each year's fair.
If those two people change with your fair, you need to notify support@fairentry.com of the change. Please include your fair's name, and the first/last names of both the old and new administrators, as well as their email addresses. Be sure to double-check spelling and email, as it is a bit difficult to change that once it's been entered incorrectly. This email notification should come from ideally an existing Organizational Administrator, or from someone who has a logical and verifiable position with the fair. That's to protect you, and us--with the level of permissions for the Organizational Administrators, we want to make sure that the right people are logging in!
All other staff members (Fair Admin, Fair Manager, etc.) can be changed and updated by the Organizational Administrators for the fair. See Staff Logins and Permissions for more information about that process.
