FairEntry Onboarding
We want to meet you! Organization Administrators can join our introduction and onboarding session every Monday at 11:00 A.M. CT. It's a great chance to meet the team, connect with other new customers, ask questions, and get a solid start with FairEntry. Schedule an Onboarding Call

Hierarchy Set Up
Please do not use the Hierarchy Tab in your fair setup until you have completed the Hierarchy training. This is a one-time upload; any "testing" will void that option and delay your setup. Support Policy
We provide direct technical assistance to two Organization Administrators per subscription. We ask only these administrators to contact our Help Desk to keep support free and efficient. This ensures the security of your fair's data by confirming authorized individuals are making changes.
Other staff or volunteers needing help can visit the Help Center or contact their Organization Administrator, who can contact our support team if needed.
