If the Standard Show Programs are not set up the way you need them for your fair, you can create a custom show, selecting the classes and their order, as well as the order within the classes. Then you can create a customized Show Program and Judging Sheet for that show, including any fields that you need. The document linked below details the process for creating a custom show and program.
Note: Custom shows, once created, cannot be deleted. You can re-name and re-purpose them, but not delete. If the list becomes unmanageable with unused shows, you can choose to NOT copy them into the new year's fair.

Troubleshooting: If there are entries missing on a Custom Shows Report, check the following items:
1. Click the Refresh Data button on the Show. If entries have been added or checked in (if filtered for Will Show) since the last time the Ordering was applied, the new entries were not part of the original ordering. Clicking Refresh Data will pull in any new entries.
2. Check the filters. Click to edit the show and check the following filters:
- Will Show - If this is checked, only checked in entries will appear on the Show Program. If the missing entries are not checked in, you may either check in the entries (and Re-apply Ordering) or remove the Will Show filter.
- County - If your fair only contains entries from one County, be sure you have not filtered your show for County. Non-4-H Online exhibitors (FFA and Open) do not have a County associated with their exhibitor record, and will not appear on a Show Program that is filtered for a specific County.
