There may come a time, for whatever reason, that a manager has to make changes to an entry that has been submitted and approved. All managers need to understand that they are not limited by entry settings, so they have the ability to do things that maybe they shouldn't. Max entry limits, allowing newly-created animals to be added to entries, enforcing project enrollment--managers are not constrained by those rules.
Once you have determined that an entry needs to be edited, the process is simple. Begin by finding the entry on the Entries tab, then click View beside the entry. From this screen, you can edit any details about the entry, just by clicking Edit in the section that needs changed. You can also change the checked-in, will show, and sale participation options at the top right of the screen. (Note: these changes are also available from the check-in screen.)

Changing the animal associated with the entry:
There are 2 reasons to change the animal information--either it is the right animal, but some of the info is incorrect, or a different animal entirely needs to be on this entry. Start by clicking Edit on the Animal block.
If this is the correct animal, but the info about this animal needs edited, click the "Edit Animal Details" button.
Make any changes to the animal information, then click Save at the bottom of the screen.
If a different animal needs to be associated with this entry, first click the "Remove from Entry" button on the Edit screen (above). Click OK to verify that you are removing this animal from the entry, then click Add an Animal on the next screen.
Select whether you are choosing to use an existing animal record, or entering a new animal record. Then either select the correct animal, or enter the data for that animal, if no record exists. Click Save when finished. (Note: Managers are allowed to create a new animal record, even if that option is disabled for exhibitor entries.)
