When an exhibitor goes to your fair's Welcome page (either by entering your URL, or using Find My Fair), they will see the following information. The ones in bold are on every fair's welcome page, the others are dependent on setup options.
- Fair Logo (if uploaded on Setup>>Fair Details)
- Fair Name
- Registration Open/Close dates (set in Entry Settings)
- Welcome Message (if entered on Setup>>Fair Details)

Participation Roles: Exhibitor, Auction Buyer, Fair Staff/Volunteer.
- Exhibitor allows creation of new accounts on the following page, as well as 4-H Online and FairEntry login options if that is set up in Entry Settings.
- Auction Buyer appears if Allow Login = Yes on Sale>>Buyers
- Allows creation of a new buyer account if Online Buyer Account Creation is set to Yes on Setup>>Fair Details.
- If Online Buyer Account Creation is set to No, then only buyers with existing accounts (with Allow Login = Yes) will be able to login to either view an online auction, or pay their account online.

Fair Staff/Volunteer does not allow creation of a new account--all staff accounts are created by Fair Admins, and only people with staff accounts in the current (primary) fair will be able to login. Please Note: Organization Admins should always login through the Staff Sign-In link at the top of the webpage www.fairentry.com
- View Fair Results (only appears if Allow Automatic Results Publishing is selected on Setup>>Fair Details)
- View the Online Auction (only appears if a Sale Order is configured, Online Auction = Yes, and Online Auction dates are current)
