If you need to create entries in your fair as manager, rather than having a family/member create their own, this help sheet will guide you through that process. The document describes the manager entry process for:
- Creating new invoices (entries) for existing exhibitors,
- Creating new invoices (entries) for new exhibitors,
- Adding entries to open (not submitted) invoices,
- The simplest/quickest way to add multiple entries for multiple new exhibitors--but ONLY when your fair does not charge entry fees.
Please note: Even if you are using a "fake" email account, that account can only be used once across all fairs, so you may need to get creative and add your fair name to the email to keep it unique. (sallyjonesmillscofair@nomail.com). Important to know: If you use a "fake" email account, there is no way to retrieve/reset the password if you need to create a new invoice for the same exhibitor group, so be sure to write down what you use for the password, in case you need to log in to that account again (even in the next year).
