Sometimes the information that the exhibitor entered when making their entries needs to be edited. Once an invoice has been submitted and approved, managers can make changes to the exhibitor information and fair-level custom questions. All managers need to understand that they are not limited by entry settings, so they have the ability to do things that maybe they shouldn't.
Once it's been determined that exhibitor information needs to change, use the Exhibitors menu to find the exhibitor. There are several sections to the exhibitor information that can be edited. Click Edit in the appropriate section, make changes, and be sure to click Save when finished with that section.
For information on changing an ENTRY for an exhibitor, see: Editing Approved Entries
Registration Questions: Custom questions at the fair level. If these questions have fees associated with them, a manager changing the response WILL NOT change the invoice or the fees that were/will be charged.
Exhibitor Files: Custom File Uploads at the fair level. You can change or add file uploads to the exhibitor record.
Personal Details: Correct spelling, add Gender and/or Parent Names if necessary. (Those would have imported from 4-H Online if you are integrated.)
Grade, County, Program Age: Those fields would have imported from 4-H Online if you are integrated. County is not editable if you are not integrated with 4-H Online; it is only available from the 4-H Online record.
Contact Info: This is the exhibitor's personal info, not the family account email, etc.
Address: If you are integrated with 4-H Online, this information would have come from that program. It is important that this information is correct if you are using the program to distribute premiums and fair payments.
