Use the help sheet to create teams and add entries for the team.
Teams and their entries can only be created by fair managers, and cannot be invoiced. The most important consideration in the use of teams may be the premium repercussions.
- Whatever premium is attached to the entry will be paid to each member of the team. For example, if a blue ribbon in their class is worth $5, each team member listed with the team will receive $5.
- If you wish to have the premium for the whole team (not duplicated for each member), your team will have to contain only one member.
- If your team has NO members, no premium will be paid.
The same thing is true if a team entry is part of a sale/auction. Each exhibitor on the team will be credited with the total bid amount, as well as add-ons. Example: If a buyer bids $500 on a team entry with 3 exhibitors on the team, the buyer invoice/statement will show $1500 due--$500 for each exhibitor. Add-ons work the same way.
