Most reports in the Entries section have hierarchy and division type filter options so that you can narrow down the lists to the correct portion of the hierarchy. Except where noted, Excel downloads are formatted with merged/hidden cells, and graphic elements like lines, so that they would appear in print exactly as the PDF file.
Division/Class Entry Counts
This report summarizes the number of exhibitors and entries each class, grouped by division. Entries are separated into checked-in and not checked-in.
Entry List by Exhibitor
For each exhibitor, all approved entries are listed, with page breaks between exhibitors. The exhibitor barcode is printed for each exhibitor, which would allow you to scan the exhibitor barcode on the check-in screen, then use Bulk Check-in option for static entries (animal entries are not eligible for bulk check-in). The Excel download includes the barcodes as a graphic element, so that it will print correctly. This report also allows filtering by County, if you are a multi-county fair, and entries have a county designated (primarily fairs integrated with 4-H Online).
Entry List by Exhibitor (Barcode)
Similar to the report above, but includes Ribbon options, and the entry barcode for each entry. This would be useful for exhibitors at static judging, allowing the results clerks to quickly scan the entry barcode and enter results for one exhibitor's entries.
Entry List by Exhibitor Group
The information is similar to Entry List by Exhibitor, but exhibitors within the same exhibitor group (family) are listed together, with no page breaks between exhibitor groups. No barcodes are included. The "County" filter option is also available here. Report is sorted alphabetically by Exhibitor Group name.
The Excel download allows you to insert page breaks where you need them to be, although there can be challenges with hidden rows.
Entry List by County and Division
For multi-county fairs, this report lists all exhibitors for each county, by the hierarchy of their entries. There are page breaks between counties only. Entries listed without a county are grouped under a heading of "County: " (blank)--shown in example below.
Entry List by County and Exhibitor Group
This is similar to the Entry List by Exhibitor Group, but separated by county for multi-county fairs.
Deleted Entries
Lists all entries that were deleted after having been approved. (Excel)
Rejected Entries
Lists all entries that were rejected instead of approved, along with the comment sent to the family when the entry was rejected. (Excel)
