The reports in the Hierarchy section are summaries of the fair's setup, allowing you to double-check and troubleshoot your settings.
Entered Hierarchy Settings
Excel download, each row represents a place in the hierarchy where an entry setting was changed from the default. This is useful for finding registration dates that need to be changed to the current year.
Applied Hierarchy Settings
Excel download, each row represents a class within the hierarchy (all classes are listed). Entry settings are shown as they apply to each class (either explicitly entered or inherited from a higher level). Explicitly-entered settings are shown in green, meaning that's the place in the hierarchy where you would need to go to make changes. Entry fees are denoted as both entered values, and as the resulting total, if fees have been assigned at two levels. Amounts in parentheses are negative amounts (example would be if you had a fee set at the Beef Department level, but used a negative entry fee for Showmanship to remove that fee for those classes).
Entered Hierarchy Points and Premiums Settings
Excel download, each row represents a place in the hierarchy where points or premiums were set up for ribbons, placings, and awards. This can be helpful if you are seeing unexpected premium results on a widespread basis, or if you need to change your premium structure for a new year's fair--you have a list of exactly where you need to go to make those changes.
Applied Hierarchy Points and Premiums Settings
Excel download, each row represents a class within the hierarchy, and the resulting points/premiums for that class. This can be helpful if you are seeing unexpected premium results for a specific part of the hierarchy.
Classes With No Entries
Excel download, each row represents a class within the hierarchy that had no entries in the fair. It's only useful after entries are in, and can be used on a previous year's fair if you want to change your hierarchy, removing or combining some that have no entries.
Hierarchy Championship Lines
Excel download, each row represents a place in the hierarchy where championship lines were entered, and the text of that line. If the text needs to be edited, this report gives you the hierarchy path to use to make changes.
