There is only one standard report that lists the animals that have been identified and/or entered in classes at the fair. It is an Excel download, one Animal Type per report. The columns included represent all the fields set up in the Animal Type, as well as:
- Exhibitor name and county (from 4-H Online integration)
- Whether or not the animal is used on entries (1=Yes, 0=No)
- Files uploaded (photos etc. from the Animal Type)
- Source (was the animal info created in FairEntry, or entered in 4-H Online)
This report includes all animals, whether or not they're used on an entry, and whether or not the entry has been checked in. If you need a report of just the animals that are physically on the grounds (not the ones that did not show up), see the article List of Animals at the Fair.
Note:
Animals importing from 4-H Online, will not be able to be viewed in the Animals tab of FairEntry (or show on reports), until they have been linked to an Entry by the exhibitor/4-H Online member.
