There is a standard report that will print exhibitor back tags for exhibitors in any part of the hierarchy.
- On the Reports menu, select the Standard Reports tab, then the Exhibitors group.
- Click on the top option -- Exhibitor Back Tags.
- Set your filter options for the part of the hierarchy, or for the division type.
- Select whether to print the Exhibitor number or the Entry number, or in some cases the Animal Identifier.
- Exhibitor number: If you select by hierarchy, one tag will be printed for each exhibitor in that portion of the hierarchy. If you select by division type, one tag will be printed for each exhibitor in any of those divisions. So, if an exhibitor has a market swine and a market beef entry, there will only be one back tag printed.
- Entry number: One tag will be printed for each entry into the selected hierarchy or division type. However, the tag does not include the entry class information, only the Exhibitor Name.
- Animal Identifier: To print based upon the Animal ID (Name, Tag, Tattoo - pulled from the Animal Type) Select one of the three Animal Division Types – then you can print all Exhibitor tags for animals in that Division type, or you can select for a specific part of the hierarchy in addition to the Animal Division Type.
NOTE: Exhibitor back tags will print up to the first 5 characters of the "number" selected. If the Entry Number, Exhibitor Number, or Animal ID is more than 5 characters, it will only print the first 5.
When creating the report, you can select the Number of Back tags to print for each exhibitor, up to 3 per exhibitor/ID – default is 1.
Select either PDF or Excel and click Download Report. The PDF looks like the one shown below, printing 2 per page.
