If the standard entry cards do not contain information that is necessary for your fair, you can create custom entry cards containing up to six fields of information of your choice.

Custom Entry Cards can be deleted. To delete a custom entry card you will need to click on the Edit tab in the Entry card to be deleted.
Delete button is in the bottom left-hand corner of the Edit page.
- When copying a fair from one year to the next, you can decide whether or not to copy the Custom Entry Cards (all or none).
- The Custom Entry Card set up is saved under the Custom Entry Cards tab. Click on the report to Edit or Filter and Export at any time.
- On the Reports menu, select the Custom Entry Cards tab.
- Enter the name of the new Entry Card you would like to create. They do not alphabetize by name, instead appearing on the list in the order they were created.
- Select the Optional Exhibitor information that you would like to include on the card.
- Select the Exhibitor’s Locale to print on the card (City, Club or County).
- Click “Add a Row” to add the first row of information. You can add up to 3 rows and 2 columns (total 6 fields) on the entry cards.
- To add a second column to the row, click the blue plus sign (+) at the right side of the columns.
- Select the field(s) that you wish to appear on the card by clicking the drop-down list that appears in each cell.
- To add another row, select Add a Row.
- Click the Row Height drop-down to change the Row Height. If the Row Height is set to “2”, that uses 2 of the 3 rows allowed.

Select to Save the set up.
- Select the Filter and Export option at the top right of the page.
- Select filters. If you select multiple options, your entry cards will be only those that match ALL conditions that you set. You can filter by:
Hierarchy, or by division type if you want more than one section of the hierarchy
Exhibitor Name (note that it must match exactly the first and last names)
Exhibitor Locale—Club or County
Entry Number(s)
Entry Date - Choose how many of each card to print (1-3).
- Select how you would like the cards ordered.
- Select “In Person Only” if you have a hybrid (virtual and in-person) fair and only need cards for the in-person entries.
- Click Download Report. The entry cards will open as a PDF document for printing.
