IMPORTANT: None of the reports in the Premiums section will display data unless budgets have been finalized. If you finalize a budget and find that changes need to be made, you can reset the budget to make the changes, then re-finalize.
The Excel downloads of these reports include narrow/hidden rows and columns for formatting, so editing may be difficult. At a minimum, you would need to re-establish the page breaks and adjust margins in Excel.
Club Premiums
This is a summary list of the total premiums earned by club. Entries without a club listed will be shown with a blank line in the Club column. Report options include hierarchy and county.
County Premiums
For multi-county fairs, this lists the premium amounts due per county, as well as the number of entries and exhibitors for each county. Report options include hierarchy.
Division Premiums
IMPORTANT: For this report to print, checks must have been generated. That check set can be voided if necessary after the report is printed.
This is a summary list of the number of exhibitors, entries, and premiums per department and division. Exhibitors who entered more than one division in the same department are counted in each division, but the department total shows unique exhibitors for that department. See Beef (Open) below.
Exhibitor Premiums
This report prints one page per exhibitor, with all premiums listed on separate lines and a total for the exhibitor. If more than one premium applies to the same entry, each premium is listed separately, as shown below. Report options include hierarchy and county. The exhibitors address is included on the report.
Exhibitor Premiums By Club
Includes a cover sheet with the club total, as well as Exhibitor Premiums, one page per exhibitor, sorted by club. Entries with no club will be grouped at the beginning with the Club field blank. Report options include hierarchy and county.
Exhibitor Premiums by County
For multi-county fairs, this report prints a total for each county, followed by individual premium details and a total for each exhibitor. The page break is by county. Report options include the hierarchy. Entries with no county attached will be grouped at the beginning with the county field blank.
