Entry Cards and Tags have additional options beyond hierarchy--approval date (useful for printing late entries) and how many copies of each to print. They do not have the option to print all cards for a specific division type. For most fairs using standard Entry Cards, you would select each division (one at a time), and the correct type of card for that division. The Excel download is formatted exactly like the PDF, with the barcodes as graphics, and would be difficult and time-consuming to edit. You would also definitely need to change your margins in Excel. These standard cards print in alphabetical order by exhibitor name.
Note: if you have difficulty with alignment of the PDF download, please see Troubleshooting: Labels/cards/tags (Alignment off)
Entry Cards (Animal Types)
These entry cards print 4-up, or on Avery 5689. The exhibitor information is the same on each, but the animal information varies based on the Animal Type for the division. (Breeding Animal includes Birthdate, Market Animal includes Weight, Other Animal includes Birthdate and Height in Hands).
Note: The Weight box on Market Animals is there for the purpose of writing in a scale weight. It is empty whether or not a weight has been entered for the animal at check-in. If you need to print an entry card with the weight included, use Custom Entry Cards and the field Animal Check-in Weight.

Entry Cards (Static and Event)
These have the same format as the Animal Entry cards, but the Entry Description field is larger, replacing all the Animal Info fields.
Entry Score Card Labels
These are formatted to print on Avery 5161 labels, and can be useful for items that might not use an entry card/tag (photos, canned goods, etc). There are more options for filtering these labels, including Name, County/City, Entry Number, Entry Date, and Division Type. Additionally, they can be set to print in a specific order (see options below).
Entry Tags
- Entry Tags for Animals contain Animal ID and Breed instead of Entry Description.
- "By Exhibitor Name" Tags are ordered by exhibitor name, department, division, entry number, county.
- "By Exhibitor Club" Tags are ordered by exhibitor club, exhibitor name, department, division, entry number.
These print 6-up and are typically used with Regalia Blank Laser Tags. The options for these tags are more extensive.
- Show Age, Show 4-H Age, Show 4-H Age Division, and Show Grade will be largely useless with Open entries--they are designed for use with fairs that are integrated with 4-H Online, and display data that would have originated in 4-H Online.
- Entry Approval Date allows the manager to print tags for late entries.
- Print Claim Ticket is the format for tags that are designed to fold and cover the exhibitor information for judging.
