Mobile Devices:
If you receive an error message when your mobile device loads FairEntry.com, but all other websites work correctly on that device, it is likely that you are using a cellular network, and the IP address on your device is not a United States IP address.
It is becoming increasingly common for off-brand cellular companies to purchase overseas blocks of numbers, since most of the US ones are used up already. If this is the case, you may need to use a different device, preferably one that is not using the same cellular company.
You can also send the IP address, gateway and netmask to support@fairentry.com to request that the development team manually whitelist your device. The location for that information varies by type of device, but can generally be found in Settings. A Google search for "find IP address (your device brand)" may be helpful if you don't know how to locate that information.
FairEntry Running Slow:
If FairEntry is really really slow for you, it's going to be one of two things--either your internet connection is very slow, and there's nothing to be done about that from the support side; or one of our servers is running slow, and we should be able to fix that, as soon as we know that there are issues.
Before you send in a support ticket, check out your internet connection using these resources:
http://fast.com - if your download speed shows a very low number (less than 5), the site is going to run slow for you.
http://www.speedtest.net - if your Ping number is very high, again, the site is going to run slow for you.
If neither of those sites shows an issue with your internet speed, then please do contact the support desk, and include the information at the very bottom of your screen "You are connected to 1r6emu". Be sure to include all numbers/letters accurately.
