If you are a county fair connected to a state fair, the main advantage is the ability to promote your entries to the state fair without the need to recreate them.
If you have entries that you want to promote, but they are not showing as eligible for promotion, it's usually because the hierarchy was not synchronized before the entry was made. It could also be that the entry was made into a wrong (not synchronized) class.
In these cases, you only have two options:
- Manually create the entry directly into the state fair.
- Create a new entry in the correct class in the county fair, adding all details and results, then delete the original entry. The new entry will be eligible for promotion.
