**Be sure that if you are changing Sale Participation status on an entry, you go from the current Sale Participation to "Not for Sale" BEFORE you go to the new status. See More
If you have created your sale order, but now you find that there is another entry to be included, or that one of the entries in the sale order has dropped from the sale, you can make those changes without starting over on the Sale Order.
Adding a New Entry to the Sale:
- On the Entries menu, find the entry and click Edit. In the upper right corner, click Edit beside Sale Participation. If it shows "None Selected", select "Auction" and Save.
- If "Block Sale" has previously been selected, select "Not for Sale", Save, then select Sale Participation again, and select "Auction". Now the entry will be included in a Sale order.
New entries in an existing Sale Order (entries that are newly marked as "Auction" in Sale Participation) will go to the bottom of the Sale Order list by default. You can Re-create the Sale Order to enter your ordering strategy "from scratch" or you can use the drag-and-drop option (up and down arrows) to get the new entry into the correct place.
Removing an Entry from the Sale:
If bids, buyers, destination, flooring, add-ons or adjustment information has been added to the sale item, remove all of this information first (Sale Order, Auction, View Entry) for the specific sale entry by clicking Edit on the appropriate section.
-
This is the first of two edits that have to happen: When all information has been cleared (if necessary), click the "Delete this Entry Sale" link below the Adjustments Help text. (Lower right side). THEN be sure to complete #2 below to finish the process.
- This second edit is also necessary in order for the entry to be deleted from the sale: Go to the Entries tab. Search for the individual entry (enter Entry Number and click search) Change the Sale Participation field to Not For Sale or Block Sale as appropriate.
Removing a sale entry (changing the Sale Participation to "Not for Sale") will automatically re-number the remaining entries, closing the gap where the entry was previously located. You can also choose to Re-create the Sale Order if you wish to start over with your ordering strategy.
