We have an option that allows you, our customers, to weigh in on which of our planned development priorities are the most important for your fair. To view the list, and add your input, go to our ProductBoard page.
Notice the tabs across the top: Considering for Development, Selected for Development, In Progress, and Launched.
To see what's new (or about to be new) in FairEntry, use the In Progress and Launched tabs.
To add your input to an item that is being considered, click on the Considering for Development tab, then the title of the item.
- Click on the level of importance that you would assign to the item.
- Type in information describing how this would be helpful for your fair, enter your email address, then click Submit. (Note: To return to the list at any point, you can simply click outside the popup box and it will disappear.)
- When you add your input and email address, you will receive email notifications when this item has moved to the next stage of development.
If you wish to receive email notification of system-wide announcements/outages, etc., use the System Status tab.
- Click on the System Status Update card, pick a level of importance (it doesn't matter which one you pick), then enter your email address, in the same way that you add input to the development plan. You do not need to add explanatory text.
