FairEntry does not support, recommend, or endorse any specific RFID scanners.
The process to configure your scanner could be quite lengthy. For best results, please give yourself and your team plenty of time (as in a few weeks before your fair) to get the scanner configured and practice scanning tags in FairEntry so you have everything installed and set correctly and are familiar with the process well before your check-ins and weigh-ins.
Scanners typically have to be connected via Bluetooth, and each device may have a different sequence of events in order for that connection to happen. Consult the documentation that comes with your scanner to do that correctly.
When your scanner is successfully connected, don't forget that you must upload an Excel file containing your RFID information before you can use that info for checking in entries.
