There is not an option to link different Stripe accounts at different times in FairEntry. However, what you can do is change the banking information within your Stripe account itself.
Example: During registration you have your Stripe account linked to Bank A (the fair entry fees account), then once entries close or a few days before your sale, you login to your Stripe account and update the Banking information to Bank B (the sale proceeds account).

Things to consider when changing the bank information in your Stripe account:
Who can make changes:
Only users with Admin or Owner permissions within Stripe can change bank account details.
When changes take effect:
Changes to your bank account information only apply to future payouts, not payouts that are already in transit.
Account Information:
Depending on your bank's location, Stripe may require different types of account details to activate your bank account.
How to make changes to your bank information:
- Log in to your Stripe account and go to the Stripe Dashboard.
- Click the Settings icon.
- Select External Payout Accounts and scheduling.
- Click Edit next to the bank account you want to change.
- Enter the new bank account information.
- Click Edit Account to save.
How to disconnect a bank account:
To disconnect a linked bank account, visit your linked accounts settings page, click Manage, and select Remove account.
