The documents below are designed to help you set up:
- Budget for premiums (doc 01)
- Ribbons, placings, and awards so that they can be assigned as results to entries (doc 02)
- Straight-dollar premiums (doc 03a)
- Points-based premiums--sliding scale (doc 03b)
- Premiums based on the number of entries into a class using the Range function (doc 04).
Fairs that do not pay premiums based on the results of entries will still need to configure Ribbons, Placings and Awards, but will assign a $0.00 value to those items.
It is important to note that although the premium setup can be changed after results are entered (but before budgets are finalized), AWARDS (the names of the awards) cannot be changed after results have been entered using the original award name.
